Recruitment Administrator – Temp Maternity Cover

Reporting to HR Manager/Marketing Manager

Salary From £24,000

Contracted Hours 40 Hours Per Week 9-5 Monday to Friday

Location Based at Head Office, Swindon (may require sight visits)

Accountabilities

Recruitment

•Managing recruitment enquiries, responding to all speculative applications and recruitment agencies as appropriate and passing CV’s on for further consideration

•Scheduling job interviews across various time zones and assisting in the interview process

•Assisting the HR Manager and Hiring Managers in producing job descriptions and assessment frameworks for relevant roles

•Managing the recruitment database by logging all recruitment and candidate’s activity

 

Training and Development

•Providing administrative support to help facilitate the internal and external training and development programme across the company

•Managing the company training and development records

•Organising and booking training sessions as required

 

Performance reviews

•Working closely with the HR Manager and Line Managers to ensure that performance reviews are conducted in line with the company procedure and in a timely manner

•Responsible for gathering and storing performance review related documentation for all employees

 

General

•Responding to ad-hoc HR queries as required

•Providing ad-hoc support to the senior management across the company

•Maintaining employee confidence by keeping human resource information confidential
